A Coach helps you to:

The Coach's role is to:

create a powerful partnership with you.

help you gain clarity and focus about what you want to do and how to take action to do it.

be a person in your corner who supports you to accomplish that which brings you the greatest satisfaction.

help you develop strategies and solutions that move you through obstacles toward goals that reflect your most valued aspirations and intentions.

create structure and certainty during the coaching process.

maintain confidentiality during, and beyond, the coaching process.

keep to the agreements of the contract, and to support you to do the same.
The Client’s role is:
to be:

as authentic as possible.

a willing partner with your coach.

willing to look, see, tell the truth, learn, and take authentic action to meet your goals.

willing to produce the results you want with the support of your coach.

A Coach is not:

a legal counselor; however, a coach can help you clarify whether or not to seek legal counsel.

a medical person although they may help you clarify whether or not you need to seek medical advice to meet your goals.

a therapist; however, a coach will help you discover if you might need to meet with a licensed mental health professional.

a physical trainer, but might help you clarify if you need to consult with a physical trainer to bring your body up to peak playing capacity.

a financial advisor, but is someone who can help you see whether or not a financial advisor would help to improve your relationship with money.
